Technical Designer

Viking Hiking is a cheerful 3D Platformer. Join Bøf on his adventure to reach Valhalla. Jump, dash and use the horn as you explore a lush but challenging island!

Responsibility Highlights

  • Built an finite movement state machine. 
  • Built a custom walking movement. 
  • Made multiple modular jump mechanics.
  • Implemented a responsive ledge climb. 
  • Was responsible for the entirety of the 3C’s design. 

Souls-like Character Controller (2022)

Technical Designer

A Dark Souls 1 inspired character controller using root motion for actions and attacks with a custom rig and animations.

  • Created a robust system for actions and attacks using root motion and animation notifies.

  • Modeled, Rigged and Animated custom animations in the likeness of Dark souls.

Atan (2023-2024)

Technical Designer, Team Lead

Atan is a third-person action-adventure game where you scale a colossal creature that is holding up the sky, and discover the giant is dying.

  • Designed and built player mechanics such as a Bow and Arrow, Climbing stamina and leaping.
  • Lead a team of 35~ developers.
  • Designed and built the Camera system.
  • Created all functionality on an existing C++ character backend.

Untitled Grappling Game (2023-2024)

Technical Designer

An action platformer with an advanced grappling hook system. Currently in development.

Technical Designer

Melee is a multi-player first-person melee slasher game in fantasy world with visceral melee combat.

  • Created a true-first-person melee swing system. 
  • Created a modular melee weapon system.

Zombie Survival (2022)

Technical Designer

A top-down twin-stick shooter game-mode where the player fights off waves of zombies. The player can open doors to expand the map and gain access to more powerful weapons.

  • Picked up Godot for the first time.
  • Learned GDScript to a novice level within 8 weeks

Grapple Toads (2020)

Technical Designer

Grapple Toads is a third-person action platformer about a toad fighting bugs using a large sword and a bow.

Meltdown Madness (2022)

Technical Designer

Meltdown Madness is a 2v2 couch co-op game where you play as a sloth working in a nuclear powerplant and redirect a jet of water to gain points.
